| Paul Bassi is highly respected as one of the most talented dealmakers in the Midland property market. Recent acquisitions include West Plaza hotel & office complex and Carillions Tarmac Head Quarters which have a combined value of 21 million.
Paul was a key figure in the creation of the Black Country chamber, whilst a Director of Sandwell Training & Enterprise Council and founder member of Sandwell Asian Business Association, which evolved to become the Black Country Asian Business Association.
Paul is a longstanding supporter of the local community and charities and is Chairman for UNICEF (Midlands) and also chaired the successful Diwali Charity Ball which raised substantial funds for worthy causes regardless of case, colour, creed, age, sex or religion and the twinning of Sandwell and Amristar, the city of the Golden Temple.
