| Since graduating with an Accountancy Degree from the University of East Anglia, Joga has been working for PricewaterhouseCoopers, the largest professional services firm in the world.
He has spent time in various divisions of the business leading a number of assignments and progressed rapidly up the management chain.
Having advised on many large deals he successfully led a major change programme in the Midlands to implement a new audit methodology. Due to this success, he then played a key role as part of the national team in rolling this new methodology out to the rest of the UK.
In 2003, he joined the relatively new London Structuring Services team with a view of growing the service outside of London. Since 2003, he has managed to grow a substantial business outside of London advising clients on structuring complex corporate transactions such as IPO's, de-mergers, return of value to shareholders and dividend planning, resulting in his promotion to Director in 2004. He was one of the first PwC Asian Directors to be promoted in the Midlands.
He has also been actively involved in establishing a team to target Asian businesses in the Midlands, with a view of making PwC's services more accessible to them but also to assist in recruitment by PwC. This has had tremendous success to date.
Amongst other interests are governor at Boldmere Junior School in Sutton Coldfield and he sits on the Burns Steering Committee at Birmingham Childrens Hospital.
