Nazir Ahmed was born in Malawi, Africa and trained as an accountant with Deloittes. He left Malawi in 1976 and started a business in the UK buying, developing and selling properties. In the 1990's Park Lane Properties was born and he has now amassed one of the largest private property portfolios in Leeds. Nazir is now chairman of the Park Lane Group, a multi-million pound property business involved in property management investments and developments. The business operates in both the residential and commercial sphere and employs over 100 staff across three offices. Nazir has been actively involved with the Conservative party in past years and hosted events for a number of Cabinet Members of Parliament.
