Kuljeet Hoti is a Partner in the commercial group at Eversheds and leads the team nationally in the deliv- e ry of joint ve n t u re arrangements for real estate pro j e c t s , acting for both the public and private sector . She has led high profile transactions including the public/private partnership between the East Midlands Development Agency and Igloo Regeneration and has advised the Northwest Development Agency on a similar transaction. She is also advising the first local authority (Croydon Council) to adopt a local asset backed vehicle arrangement.
