He has built a highly successful, dynamic practice, now extending to 50 staff, which is an acknowledged market leader in tax and international commercial matters, civil and criminal fraud and commercial litigation and Islamic finance. Hassan conducts complex cross-border commercial and fraud litigation and in the last year han- dled disputes involving sums of over £900 million. Hassan also has extensive experi- ence of international oil/gas and tourism projects in the Middle East, including advising governments.
