Her role has evolved to a strategic level by supporting Weightmans’ clients undertaking business performance reviews as well as assessing the legal landscape. She is looking at new and emerging markets, taking innovation to the next level. Prior to Weightmans, Bavita was Head of RAC Solicitors’ Practice and managed a vigorous period of growth and a 300% increase in fee income.
