The Khushi brothers, Scotland’s most successful Asian businessmen, own Jacobs & Turner, a Glasgow-based ski clothing and sportswear manufacturer and wholesaler, which sells under the Trespass brand name. With his brother Akmal, he has made the Glasgow-based ski and sportswear manufacturer and wholesaler into a world beater.

Trading under the Trespass brand name, the business owned by the family since 1966 has expanded from winterwear into sportswear, summer clothing and skiwear. The brothers now have 53 retail outlets in the UK, plus franchises covering Holland, Spain and Denmark.

Trespass represents unrelenting commitment to innovation, function and fashion, providing access for all, with technical clothing for leisure pursuits and outdoor activities including, snow sports, surf, hiking and travel. The Trespass philosophy, applied across all of its ranges, places great emphasis on matching a high standard of design with technical excellence in the finished garment. In June 2006, Afzal Khushi, Joint MD of Jacobs & Turner, received a CBE for services to business in Scotland.
